Support to the enterprise in Poland is realized within the framework of some programmes andon a number of levels. One of them is support to the start of new micro enterprises throughtraining and consultancy as well as transitional financial support and one-time investment grantfor the people, who decide to register their own business for the first time. These activities werecarried out between 2004 and 2006 within the framework of ZPORR (Integrated OperationalProgramme of Regional Development) and the projects financially supported by European Social Fund. Novice businessmen got the chance to gain practical knowledge of the ups anddowns of self-employment and how to run their own business. During the workshop they hadthe possibility to verify, correct and put the finishing touches on their business ideas. And thebest of them, after writing their professional business plans under the supervision of advisors,got the financial support of 700 PLN throughout the period of 12 months as well as a onetimeinvestment grant of 20,000 PLN. The Agency of Economic Development in Mylenice is realizing two projects of this kind. One of them called On my own was recognized to be one of thebest in Ma³opolska region and it will be popularized by the Ma³opolskie District Office asa promotion of good actions.

W związku z przemianami gospodarczymi i politycznymi w Polsce można zauważyć wzrost aktywności turystycznej Polaków, jak i zwiększoną liczbę turystów zagranicznych odwiedzających nasz kraj. Krakowska baza turystyczna nie zaspokaja w pełni coraz bardziej rosnących potrzeb w tym zakresie. Sytuacja ta daje szansę rozwoju wielu ciekawym turystycznie regionom. Jednym z nich są Myślenice, będące od dawna zapleczem wypoczynkowym Krakowa. Region ten jednak wymaga stworzenia odpowiedniej infrastruktury turystycznej. Przedstawiony projekt koncepcyjny ekologicznego i energooszczednego centrum wypoczynkowego na Górze Plebańskiej i Górze Dalin w Myślenicach stara się jak najmniej ingerować w istniejący krajobraz. Podkreślona zostata integracja przestrzeni obu wzgórz z miastem i otaczajacymi terenami. Na koncepcję programową składają się przede wszystkim: baza hotelowa, centra rekreacyjne, rehabilitacyjne, konferencyjne, handlowe itp. W projekcie zaproponowano wykorzystanie niekonwencjonalnych źródeł energii, co zapewniłoby harmonijny ze środowiskiem rozwój gospodarczy i kulturalny Myślenic.

Lastly has been noticed the extention of a touristic activity in Poland. However the touristic base of Cracow doesnt provide for tourist needs. This situation gives chances of the development for many interesting regions. One of them is the region of Myślenice which has been a rest - base for Cracovians for a long time. Nevertheless this region demands the creation of an appriopriate touristic infrastructure. The represented design shows an ecological rest - center in Myślenice situated on the hills: Góra Dalin and Plebańska Góra. The main aim of the idea of architecture is to interfere as little as possible in the nature. It is emphasized the integration of both hills with the city and surrounding area. The functional conception consist of the hotel base and recreation, rehabilitation, conference and commercial centres. In the project is proposed the ecological use of unconventional sources of energy what makes possible the harmonious with nature economical and cultural development of Myślenice.

It is an engineering structure with spans 52 + 65 + 52 m. The superstructure consists of continuous post-tensioned concrete beam of box cross-section 3,0 m depth. Flyover's structural solutions as well as the whole realization process were described.

In the article is shown the physiographical and geological situation of Myślenice, the state of heat engineering in Myślenice and the need of the change of the pit-coal heating system into the more ecological one, which warrants the touristic development of this region. The geological history of this area is discussed as well as geological and hydrogeological conditions, which give the grounds for the localization here the Małopolski Centre of the Geoenergetistic, Ecological and Service Enterprise.
