The European Union assumes that the economic policy should contain aiming action for creating the system of supporting these undertakings of independent legal entities which are contributing to the height of the economic and social country through the growth of the innovation and competitiveness of enterprises. The European Union realizing such a policy, it is building up the European system of supporting enterprise and innovation which contains organization of technical and financial reinforcements for enterprises, realized on the domestic, regional and local level. Web-based support system for SME's is presented.
