This article is an attempt to show how the American anti-war movies evolved during and after the Vietnam conflict. It presents chronologically (from 1967 till present times) various types of Vietnam-related movies showing different approaches to this problem. Most of all, it exposes Hollywood’s engagement in social matters and each period’s focal point of that problem. It shows that unlike the WW II movies, the Vietnam war movies focused not on the war itself, but on the mark that it leaves on people’s lives. It didn’t matter much whether they were American or Vietnamese or if the effect was either physical or psychical nature. Reading the text also gives us a point of view on the obstacles that the movie creators had to face during and after the production phase. This essay also tries to show the effect of anti-war movies on American film industry in general. Apology regarding the Native Americans in western genre and the completely new aesthetics (brutalization is the right word) of death scenes are just few examples to be mentioned.

The COVID-19 epidemic is gradually being pushed back in Vietnam as well as around the world, but the emergence of different variants of the SARS COVI 2 virus remain a risk that could lead to a resurgence of the disease. Therefore, preparing sopportive information for epidemic prevention, especially disease risk maps based on spatial data, is essential to ensure that Vietnam can live safely with the SARS COVI virus 2. This paper presents a method for creating a COVID-19 sensitive map of Hanoi city using the QGIS technology. From there, areas at high risk of rapid infection when there are initial cases in the community and regions at high risk of outbreak can be identified in this map. This information helps the government plan to prioritize early vaccine coverage as well as propose reasonable epidemic prevention measures.

Epidemia Covid-19 jest stopniowo wycofywana w Wietnamie, a także na całym świecie, jednak pojawienie się różnych wariantów wirusa SARS COVID 2 pozostaje ryzykiem, które może doprowadzić do nawrotu choroby. Dlatego przygotowanie informacji wspomagających zapobieganie epidemiom, w szczególności map ryzyka chorób opartych na danych przestrzennych, jest niezbędne, aby Wietnam mógł bezpiecznie żyć z wirusem SARS COVID 2. W artykule przedstawiono metodę tworzenia mapy miasta Hanoi wrażliwej na COVID-19 z wykorzystaniem technologii GIS. Stamtąd na tej mapie można zidentyfikować obszary o wysokim ryzyku szybkiej infekcji, gdy w społeczności występują pierwsze przypadki, oraz regiony o wysokim ryzyku wybuchu. Informacje te pomagają rządowi zaplanować priorytetowe traktowanie wczesnego objęcia szczepieniami, a także zaproponować rozsądne środki zapobiegania epidemii.

With its position as the capital, Hanoi is the political center as well as the second largest economic center of the country. Therefore, the city is always allocated a large budget in construction investment to create material facilities for political tasks and economic and social development. During the implementation of construction projects, a number of difficulties and limitations have appeared. In which, projects are delayed in construction and disbursement, reducing investment efficiency and not meeting the expectations of the government and people. From this fact, the authors have conducted a study to evaluate the causes affecting the time schedule of construction projects in Hanoi. The method F-APH (Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process) was used to analyze data objectively and accurately about the causes affecting the time schedule. From there, these causes are classified into groups of subjective causes (from within the project) and groups of objective causes (from outside the project). The results show that subjective causes, originating from project participants, have a stronger influence than objective causes. A number of specific proposals to the actors involved in construction projects are made to eliminate or limit the impact of the causes of construction progress.

Reading culture, as a behavioural culture of each individual, is formed from childhood and develops throughout human life. It is essential for the formation and development of the human personality. The paper evaluates the role of reading culture in the development of primary school students in general. The constituent elements of reading culture such as reading needs, reading skills, and attitudes towards the use of the information material are identified and analyzed. The factors affecting reading culture of primary school students in Hanoi, Vietnam and the causes of their limitations of reading culture are also discussed. The recommendation for improving reading culture for primary school students in Hanoi, Vietnam will be considered and conclusion made.

Kultura czytelnicza, jak każde zachowanie kulturalne, formuje się od dzieciństwa i rozwija się przez całe ludzkie życie. Jest niezbędne dla uformowania i rozwoju ludzkiej osobowości. W artykule oceniono rolę kultury czytelniczej w ogólnym rozwoju uczniów szkół podstawowych. Zidentyfikowano i poddano analizie elementy składowe kultury czytelniczej, takie jak: potrzeby czytelnicze, umiejętności czytelnicze i postawy wobec wykorzystywania materiału informacyjnego. Omówiono także czynniki oddziałujące na kulturę czytelniczą uczniów szkół podstawowych w Hanoi w Wietnamie oraz przyczyny ograniczeń kultury czytelniczej. Po rozważeniu zaleceń dotyczących poprawiania kultury czytelniczej wśród uczniów szkół podstawowych w Hanoi zostaną wyciągnięte odpowiednie wnioski.
