The paper highlights the results of the studies and identifies current trends of the use of normative methods of regulating the agricultural sector, which occupy an important place laws to lengthy legal regulation of the production of agricultural produce. In the article the observed inefficiency of the legal methods of regulating it in the key sectors of the agricultural sector, including aquaculture.
