Jednym z najważniejszych zadań stawianych przed gospodarką narodową jest zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa energetycznego kraju. Konieczność dywersyfikacji dostaw nośników energii oraz zmiana struktury ich wykorzystania wymuszają przeprowadzenie badań w tym zakresie. W artykule zwraca się uwagę na niewystarczającą efektywność wykorzystania zasobów energetycznych oraz brak precyzyjnych uwarunkowań prawnych regulujących pozyskiwanie energii z ekologicznych źródeł. W artykule za-prezentowano procedurę badania wskaźników energochłonności na podstawie analizy i prognoz struktury gałęziowej przemysłu. (abstrakt oryginalny)

One of the most important tasks of the national economy is ensure national energy security. The necessity for diversify energy supplies and changing the structure of their use to force to carry out research in this area. In the article adverted to insufficient efficiency of the use of the energy resources and the lack of precise legal conditions governing to leverage energy from ecological sources. In the article presented a procedure of research the energy intensity factors based on analysis and forecasting branch structure of industry. (original abstract)

Przebadany przez autorów wpływ zmian struktury przemysłu w Polsce w latach 1983-1992 na jego energochłonność i wydajność pozwolił na wyodrębnienie okresu trendów negatywnych: (1983-1987) szczególnie w zakresie spadku wydajności, (1988-1991) - wzrost energochłonności i okresu trendów pozytywnych - rok 1992 - wzrost wydajności i spadek energochłonności.

The presented paper aims at defining the bearing of changes in the industry branch structure in the years 1983-1992 upon this sector's energy intensity and labour productivity. When investigating respective causal relationships concerning the influence of structural changes on variables under consideration the coefficient S(1/0) proposed by S. Forlicz bas been adopted. The authors estimated all the w(i) and S(1/0) coefficients and put them together in the form of respective tables. They also carried out three diagrams to make easier the perception of changes concerned, as we!! as analysed the coefficients estimated. Energy intensity and labour productivity avlues were estimated in constant 1983 prices.(original abstract)

The estimation functions of material- and energy-intensity result from the economic goals and their substantiation in various stages of the development of this economy. The material- and energy-intensity studies require taking into consideration a great many subjective and objective structures (among others: a branch structure, an assortment structure, a technical structure of a production process, a structure resulting from the production stages leading to a final product, etc.). From the point of view of macro-economic evaluation of economic processes, it is necessary to define not only the direct but first of all the cumulated material- and energy-intensity of the final product. The paper presents a proposal of the synthetic economic categories in regard to which the resources- and the material- and the energy-intensity should be defined. (original abstract)

W artykule opisano sytuację przemysłu spożywczego po wejściu Polski do Unii Europejskiej. Podkreślono, że przemysł spożywczy należy do najszybciej rozwijających się gałęzi gospodarki żywnościowej.
