The aim of this article is presenting one of the development tools, that is coaching. There were bringing up the basic definitions and described coaching stages, styles and techniques used in conversation by trainers in the article. In the article were presented the main roles that should be kept by coach as well as the barriers that he can meets during his work. There were indicated the crucial role of interpersonal communication in conversation between two persons in that case coach and pupil and also the most popular mistakes. There were given also the roles of listening that are the most important in keeping positive vocational and private contacts with others. Moreover in the article prescribed 'good trainer' features and the sense of such skills as building the positive relations with pupil, listening, using the intuition, asking and giving the feedback.

This article presents methods currently used in railway vehicle dynamics simulations (MBS) for calculating wheel-rail contact forces. Simulation models of two-axle vehicle built in Simpack 2023 simulation environment were used to compare the selected methods. The paper focuses on the issue of riding stability of the mentioned group of vehicles. The develoed research methodology consists in simulating the riding of a vehicle exhibiting instability (hunting movement) on an ideal straight track using the wheel-rail contact models available in the Simpack 2023 environment. Then the obtained results are input data for recalculation of contact forces with selected algorithms. The study is aimed at comparing the selected methods for calculating contact forces, so there is no interaction of the algorithms tested with the MBS simulation model. The results obtained were compared with Kalker's "exact theory" of contact (CONTACT) for the elliptical contact area.

In intergroup relationships, there are different explanations for positive attitudes toward outgroups. The present study examined a model that included some of these explanations that were not considered together previously. Based on the similarity-attraction hypothesis, contact hypothesis, common in-group identity model, and intergroup threat theories, we expected a positive association of perceived similarity and contact quality and quantity with positive attitudes toward Peruvians, with the mediation of perceived symbolic (identity) and realistic (employment) threats. We hypothesized that contact quality would have a stronger link than quantity with positive attitudes and perceived threats. Using data from an open Chilean survey (N = 944), the results supported the relationship of perceived similarity and contact quality and quantity with positive attitudes toward Peruvians, with the mediation of perceived symbolic and realistic threats, except for the association of contact quantity with positive attitudes. As expected, contact quality was linked to more symbolic and realistic threats than contact quantity, but was not related to more positive attitudes. The relative relevance of the predictors and mediator variables for future interventions oriented to improve intergroup attitudes and the limitations associated with the sample and data analysis are discussed.

The article deals with Albrecht Duerer's relations to Eastern Europe - direct and indirect dealings of the Nuremberg based artist with artists and patrons from Poland and Prussia to Hungary and Romania. The essay is intended merely as an introduction to the topic and to some of the issues the subject raises, for example Nuremberg's international business ties, direct links to Eastern European patrons (e.g. Johannes Thurzo, bishop of Breslau), influence of Duerer's prints (e.g. on the Apocalyptic Virgin and Child Epitaph, c. 1520 (?), now in the Slovak National Gallery in Bratislava), activities of Nuremberg's artists in Eastern Europe (e.g. Veit Stoss in Krakow) or questions of the collectible Duerer (e.g. Feast of the Rose Garland obtained by the emperor Rudolf II in 1606).
