Using physiologically active, complex, polyfunctional, multicomponent (nano) systems – (nano) chips in the pre-sowing rice treatment (nano) technology allows precise seeding; enhancing field seed germination; reducing plant morbidity rate considerably or even deleting disease incidents; increasing plant adaptability to unfavorable environmental conditions; expanding crop yield; improving products quality by not using toxic chemical means of plant protection; intensifying competitive ability of agricultural products as well as assuring environmental safety in crop cultivation regions. Nutrition micro- and mesoelements, as also intense activity plant growth regulators and other physiologically active substances, depending on the crop variety, cultivation conditions and possible risks, can be added to such pre-sowing treatment (nano) technology.

Celem opracowania jest przedstawienie przebiegu i realizacji działania „Korzystanie z usług doradczych”. W artykule omówiono trzy perspektywy finansowe oraz projekt usług doradczych w zbliżającym się okresie programowania. W okresie lat 2007-2013 projektowano przeprowadzenie usługi doradczej na dużą skalę, jednak z uwagi na procedury, poziom ich wykonania stał na niskim poziomie. W obecnej perspektywie finansowej nabory wniosków rozpoczęły się w 2018, zaś realizacja jest kontynuowana. W zbliżającej się perspektywie finansowej (2021-2027) usługom doradczym nadano nowe cechy w postaci Systemu Wiedzy i Innowacji Rolniczych (AKIS), które zmieniają układ zarówno pod względem merytorycznym, jak i organizacyjnym.

The purpose of the study is present the course and implementation of the “Use of advisory services” activity. The article discusses three financial perspectives and the design of consultancy services in the upcoming programming period. In the years 2007-2013 it was planned to carry out large-scale consulting services, however, due to the procedures, the level of their implementation remained at a low level. In the current financial perspective, calls for proposals began in 2018, and implementation is continuing. In the approaching financial perspective (2021-2027), advisory services have been given new features in the form of the Agricultural Knowledge and Innovation System (AKIS), which change the layout in both substantive and organizational terms.
