In the article is validated the necessity of organization of integrated teaching of children with peculiarities of their psychophysical development in schools, that will contribute to the development of social skills. Here are also stated the problems and the terms of organization of integrated teaching and the problems that face children with peculiarities of psychophysical development in the process of socialization. In this article are also stated the results of the empirical study devoted to the problem of the development of social skills of children with peculiarities of psychophysical development that study in integrated classes in comprehensive school. Moreover the methods of the development of social skills and successful socialization are also presented.
