Czynniki wewnętrzne odgrywają coraz bardziej istotną rolę w kształtowaniu strategii biznesowych przez przedsiębiorstwa, dla których kluczowym obszarem skutecznego funkcjonowania na rynku staje się aktywna i wydajna komunikacja wewnętrzna. W artykule podjęto próbę ukazania jednej z dróg doskonalenia procesów komunikacji wewnętrznej poprzez zastosowanie mechanizmów komunikacji zdalnej oraz geolokalizacji, możliwych do uzyskania dzięki wykorzystaniu technologii mobilnych. W artykule przedstawiono naturę i znaczenie procesów komunikacji wewnętrznej, jak również scharakteryzowano podstawowe jej obszary. Następnie dokonano analizy wpływu technologii mobilnych na procesy komunikacji wewnętrznej i wskazano przykłady ich doskonalenia z wykorzystaniem omawianych technologii. Przedstawiono również bariery integracji technologii mobilnych i procesów komunikacji wewnętrznej, a także zaproponowano rozwiązania ukierunkowane na minimalizację tych barier.

The article deals with the issues of user identity management in the context of distributed web systems. The basic concepts and presented possible solutions related to the property of Single sign on (SSO) which can provide an access to multiple connected systems after a single login have been identified. The method of selecting a specific solution that can provide SSO has been exemplified by the decision process in the ActGo-Gate project. Taking the above information into consideration, OpenID Connect (OIDC) should better meet the project’s expectations as it satisfies all the mentioned requirements to an acceptable extent, and therefore should ensure full SSO property in cooperation with the common user directory. Then the particular solution chosen for implementing OIDC is Connect2id (as Identity Provider) with the OpenDJ LDAP user directory. The most important arguments in favor of that decision were presented in the paper.

Mobile technologies are one of the most important stimulants of changes within the fundamental areas of company operation. The changes are manifested, among other things, in such areas as internal and external communication, and in the organic functions of economic entities. This paper aims to identify the scope of such changes brought about by the introduction and use of mobile technologies. Based on questionnaire studies, this paper presents an analysis and evaluation of the current trends in the use of mobile technologies in the above areas. The findings are used to formulate a set of recommendations on the effective application of mobile technologies in the economic practice of Polish companies.

This article presents the issue of communication proces development between organization and its Internet communities. In the article the authors also describe technical solutions needed to make this proces possible. The main aim of the article is to present and verify a universal model that can help evaluate e-solutions for Internet communities. To achieve the main objective the paper discusses key issues of electronic communication, B2C relations and Internet communities as the main targeted audience of contemporary organization. Literature studies and practical experience of the authors are the background for the presented model.
