Niniejszy artykuł przedstawia właściwości, rodzaje i korzyści z zastosowania mieszanek wypełniających GRUNTON oraz możliwości ich wykorzystania na przykładzie budowy tunelu pod Martwą Wisłą w Gdańsku.

The paper presents filling mixtures GRUNTON and an example of using the advantages of this product in tunnel construction under the Martwa Wisła River in Gdansk. The first part of the paper features a characteristics of the product. Other applications as well as technical parameters of individual types of mixtures are discussed. In the second part of the paper, the adaptability of GRUNTON for specific requirements of technical specifications and given projects are described. The main example is the mined tunnel construction under the Martwa Wisła River in Gdańsk. In 2013/2014 CEMEX P olska supplied 19000 m3 of its product for filling voids between the tunnel structure and the surrounding soil. Thus, details of the project concerning the requirements, performed tests and obtained parameters will be presented. Furthermore, the process of placing GRUNTON with use of the TBM system will be also described.
