The article presents Verilog – AMS model of the comb-drive sensing element of the integrated capacitive microaccelerometer. The suggested model allows to simulate the reaction of the sensing element effected by the applied force of acceleration, changes of its comb-drive capacities, output voltages and currents for determining its constructive parameters and for analysis of the mechanical module of the integrated device at the behavioral level of computer-aided design.

In this paper the basic acoustic elements models are developed on the base of the VHDL-AMS language. Constructed models are based on the thin plates theory and are intended to be used in computer-aided design at the schematic level of basic acoustic MEMS elements. The results of the models for basic acoustic elements of piezoelectric and electrostatic types investigation are also presented.

VHDL-Ams model of integrated membrane type micro-accelerometer with delta-sigma (ΔΣ) analog-to-digital converter for schematic design level was developed. It allows simulating movement of the sensitive element working weigh from the applied acceleration, differential capacitor and original signal capacity change, signal digitizing with the help of DeltaSigma ADC with defined micro-accelerometer structural parameters, and analyzze an integrated device at the schemotechnical design level.

Приведены этапы усовершенствования, строение и принцип функционирования адаптированных рабочих органов транспортно-технологических систем корнеуборочной машины, которая предназначена для одновременного уборки корнеплодов сахарной, кормовой, столовой свеклы и моркови. The theoretical aspects of a new type of piezo-resistive pressure sensors for environments with rapidly changing temperatures are presented. The idea is that the sensor has two identical diaphragms which have different coefficients of linear thermal expansion. Therefore, when measuring pressure in environments with variable temperature, the diaphragms will have different deflection. This difference can be used to make appropriate correction of the sensor output signal and, thus, to increase accuracy of measurement. Since physical principles of sensors operation enable fast correction of the output signal, the sensor can be used in environments with rapidly changing temperature, which is its essential advantage. The paper presents practical implementation of the proposed theoretical aspects and the results of testing the developed sensor.

The method for automated formation of the ontological knowledge base software tools construction by converting of the structured encyclopedic resource to the appropriate ontology objects has been presented in the article. The developed method is based on the algorithm and model from the Petri networks theory.

This paper is devoted to the development of automating methods of the ranges determination process of the resistance values measurements for the investigated MEMS resistive parameters (strain gauges, piezoresistors, thermistors, magnetoresistors and photoresistors, etc.), electric resistance of which is changing during functioning of MEMS, in order to improve the accuracy of investigated resistive parameter value determining and optimization of the entire measuring process in general. The developed method for automation of values range determination of the MEMS resistive parameters measurand is based on the designed models and algorithm of automation for the process of an exemplary resistor value determination. A measurand of the investigated MEMS resistive parameter is located in a neighborhood of this exemplary resistor value. The abovementioned method is also based on the developed model and algorithm for automation of the values range determination of the MEMS resistive parameters measurand.

MEMS is an extraordinarily scientific devices (Luchinin, 1999; Severov et al., 1998; Klimov et al., 1999). Their effective design is not possible without implementation of software, new mathematical models and methods, methodology and algorithms for the automated design. The given paper is devoted to development of methodology for the computer-aided design of MEMS at system level. In the offered paper the methodology is developed for the automated MEMS design at a system level which is based on the use of basic elements MEMS, building alternative decision tree and on its basis generation of alternative decisions set, usage of method of reduction of power of alternative decisions set which takes into account specific MEMS and parameters of requirement specification and decision of the formulated multicriterion optimization task for determination of optimal structure of integrated device. The offered method will allow designing MEMS automatically more efficienty.
