In this work, we use Auger electrons, elestic electrons and Bragg scattering for the studying of electrodeposited composite layers Ni+Ti, Ni+Al and Ni+Ti+al. Applying Sawatzky-Cini and Anderson models to the experimental Ni LVV Auger peak,we can identify the phases appearing in layers and their local magnetic moment. Correlation coefficients of scattering intensities were studied. It`s pointed out that the layers have multiple phase structure and the composites and magnetic properties are inhomogenous.
