The aim of this article is to identify and assess the residential facilities of the Greater Poland Voivodeship in terms of networking these facilities, which would contribute to strengthening their presence and protection in the region’s cultural landscape. As part of implementing the adapted goal, research was undertaken focused on determining the condition of this resource understood as cultural heritage and identifying public opinion regarding its future fate. Based on the analysis of these studies, recommendations regarding networking were formulated, assuming voluntary association of residential complexes in the form of the Cluster of Residential Complexes in Greater Poland. The work contains guidelines for shaping cooperation between these entities. Analyses of the state of residential developments in Greater Poland have shown that a relatively large part of them have been adapted to contemporary needs and are thriving in the current reality. It was also noticed that many historically and culturally valuable sites are declining and beginning to disappear in the Polish landscape. Some facilities, although developed today, do not use their full potential. Residential complexes often constitute an individual entity, making it more difficult for them to exist in the market and, therefore, lose their competitiveness. It was found that there are grounds for taking actions aimed at networking residential complexes and associating them as a cluster. Taking action to protect and promote Greater Poland’s residential complexes may also contribute to local development.

Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja i waloryzacja założeń rezydencjonalnych województwa wielkopolskiego pod kątem usieciowienia tych obiektów, co miałoby przyczynić się do wzmocnienia ich obecności i ochrony w krajobrazie kulturowym regionu. W ramach realizacji przyjętego celu podjęto badania skoncentrowane na określeniu stanu tego zasobu, rozumianego jako dziedzictwo kulturowe, oraz na rozpoznaniu opinii publicznej co do dalszego jego losu. W oparciu o wyniki analiz tych badań sformułowano rekomendacje dotyczące usieciowienia, zakładając dobrowolne zrzeszanie się założeń rezydencjonalnych w postaci Klastra Założeń Rezydencjonalnych Wielkopolski. Praca zawiera wytyczne do kształtowania współpracy między tymi podmiotami. Podjęcie działań na rzecz ochrony i promocji wielkopolskich założeń rezydencjonalnych może przyczynić się także do rozwoju lokalnego.
