Transformation of public administration in scope of improvement the provided services and information flow needs the system cooperation, that highly raises the meaning of e-Government. Idea of e-Government requires the reengineering of information systems and processes realized by government agendas. Considering all of the interrelationships between elements of organization is also necessary and important in this issue. Technology, which introduces the integration of processes and information systems, taking into account the present and future actions, is called Enterprise Architecture. To build and manage effectively the Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Architecture Framework is used. To create it, two different methods are used, namely: Zachman Framework and TOGAF. In 2009 first statistical survey considering the Enterprise Architecture were conducted.

In the process of looking for the optimal solution can be used: a)genetic algorithms (GA) - used in the stage of analysis and in the stage of the adjusting of the decision variables, b)reinforcement learning (RL) - used in the distributed processing, in the intelligent programs like AGENT.

The key elements of every organization functioning are: a strategy of acting and processes realized in the organization. So it is obvious, that the modern approach to the problems of management is based on business processes paradigm. The identification of business processes and the analysis or the optimisation of processes can be realized in the track of modelling procedure. The method of system dynamics is a modelling method permitting on carrying out the simulation experiments giving the prognosis of consequences of decisions on the future situation of the organization. This method is the perfect supplement of the modelling business processes approach proposed in the environment of Aris or iGrafx. The article presents the example of use of system dynamics method for modelling the business processes in an industrial enterprise.
