In the present study, the most optimal supporting construction is sought. The notion of the most optimal support structure is defined. Two criteria are considered of an optimal formation of the most optimal support structure. The first criterion, i.e., the greatest rigidity of the structure, is fulfilled when the value of the unit potential strain energy over the entire volume of the structure is the same. The second criterion is known as the duration of the acting of forces of the supporting construction. The duration of the acting of forces is understood as the passage of internal forces along as short internal paths as possible. The seeking process of the most optimal supporting construction takes place in an iterative manner with a division of the structural space into finite elements. Seeking of the structural space is illustrated by two examples with the same mounting and stress conditions.

This article consider problem of education quality in higher school as process of deliver of service that should satisfying consumer (student). Quality as one of significant standard of "listening of consumer voice" and accommodating of realization process to consumers requirements, continuously expend its influence scope. From typically industry and business field nowadays quality enter into management of education processes in higher schools. Providing adequate product, such is well educated student, in right time and for proper price, is very important matter in today education and social reality. It require specified information and right decisions concerning education process. If obtained results can't be verified at once and inaccuracy of process can reveal in the course of utilization of product (that case is in education) then in qualitative proceedings leading of validation process are suggested. The aim of validation is to diagnose that performed work is right or modernization action should be taken. In range of education process proper proceeding method is conclusion evaluation. In paper an example of that procedure refer to education process realized on Mechanical Department of Technical University of Koszalin for last two years was given.
