The article presents the second part of the results of the pilot study conducted as part of the research project ‘Adult learning in a hybrid work model’. It concerns the assessment of the reliability of a research tool in the form of a questionnaire. The questionnaire thus developed will be used to conduct the main study, which will provide new knowledge about the educational aspects of hybrid work. The research will expand and update scientific knowledge, mainly in the areas of work pedagogy, andragogy and social pedagogy. The study represents a new framing of the problem, as the educational significance of work is explained on the example of its hybrid model and not, as in previous research, on the example of the stationary model, which only incorporates modern communication technologies.

Artykuł prezentuje drugą część wyników badań pilotażowych przeprowadzonych w ramach projektu naukowego „Uczenie się dorosłych w hybrydowym modelu pracy”. Część ta dotyczy oceny rzetelności narzędzia badawczego w postaci kwestionariusza ankiety. Opracowany w ten sposób kwestionariusz wykorzystany będzie do przeprowadzenia badania głównego, które dostarczy nowej wiedzy o edukacyjnych aspektach pracy hybrydowej. Realizacja badania pozwoli poszerzyć i zaktualizować wiedzę naukową, głównie w obszarze pedagogiki pracy, andragogiki i pedagogiki społecznej. Badanie stanowi nowe ujęcie problemu w tym sensie, że edukacyjne znaczenie pracy będzie wyjaśniane na przykładzie jej hybrydowego modelu, a nie jak w dotychczasowych badaniach na przykładzie modelu stacjonarnego, w którym ewentualnie uwzględniano obecność nowoczesnych technologii komunikacyjnych.

One of the strong economic and social currents is neo-liberalism. It creates a strong cultural context (called “neoliberal culture”), triggers specific conditions for the functioning of societies and individuals and the course of educational processes, including the functioning of teachers and students. This article attempts to synthesize the neoliberal context of educational processes and the consequences for the educational practice.

Jednym z silnych nurtów ekonomiczno-społecznych jest współcześnie neoliberalizm. Tworzy on silny kulturowy kontekst (nazywany umownie „kulturą neoliberalną”), wywołuje określone warunki funkcjonowania społeczeństw i jednostek oraz przebiegu procesów edukacyjnych, w tym funkcjonowania nauczycieli i uczniów. Artykuł stanowi próbę syntetycznej prezentacji neoliberalnego kontekstu przebiegu procesów edukacyjnych i konsekwencji wpływu neoliberalizmu na praktykę edukacyjną.

The purpose of this study is to present intergenerational learning through the use of ICT (Information & Communications Technology) as a tool with which to reduce early school leaving among immigrant pupils. The first part builds on a review of current literature and contemporary assumptions about learning and intergenerational learning as a particular form of learning. The second part of the study presents the findings from a review of policies on reducing early school leaving among immigrant pupils in Europe. The conclusion focuses on putting forward recommendations for practice with regards to the use of ICT for intergenerational learning in order to improve the educational performance of immigrant pupils.
