The results of research, which applied character, for an industrial complex, will allow resolving topical and important issues of increase of efficiency of operation of park of special equipment in the course of a production activity, at stages of a project and preparatory work are given in article. In previous articles [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] proposed mathematical model of determination of productivity of the machine -tractor unit (MTU) with industrial function is presented in article during the pipelaying works. The mathematical model coordinates all key technical parameters of the pipelayer and the parameters defining service conditions in uniform dependence. The method of "minimization of duration of a running cycle of the machine" is put in mathematical model, as duration of a running cycle is one of generalizing indicators of technical and operational efficiency of MTU. In other words, productivity of the pipelayer is in inverse relationship with a duration of a running cycle, the less time is spent for pipeline laying, the productivity and efficiency of construction is higher. Various ways of laying of the pipeline define boundary conditions, which form some private models.
Overcoming of road impassibility, increase of vehicle passability are the issues that are always actual for the areas with insufficiently developed road network in remote regions of the North, the Far East, Siberia, and also the lack of roads in oil and gas production places and their transportation to gathering stations. This issue is also actual during rescue missions after natural disasters, emergency situations and technogeneous disasters. To solve this important issue domestic and foreign industries produced and produce different kinds of off-road vehicles and snow and swamp-going vehicles: caterpillar, ski-caterpillar, on low-pressure tires. The advantage of the latter is the discovery of new opportunities in transportation, ecological compatibility, improved productivity and passableness. It is important to mention that almost all vehicles on extra-low pressure tires can swim. The fact that they all possess hermetic frame contributes to it, what is more, this usage of extra-low pressure tires provides this opportunity. This opportunity to deliver goods by the vehicles with extra-low pressure tires (VELPT), having no restriction in exploitation in summer and winter in the conditions of Arctic weak tundra, increases the competitive power of these vehicles compared to caterpillar off-road vehicles. Moreover, their usage is much cheaper than delivery by helicopter. All these lead to the popularity of VELPT, the growth of the number of their types for various purposes and appearance of new producers of this type of off-road vehicles.
This article describes original method proposed by authors that provides decreasing of dynamic loading of tractor’s powertrain by means of change of reactive element torsional stiffness. In tracked vehicles one of the most loaded elements is final drive unit which loaded by high dynamic modes. In tractor Chetra 6C-315, final drive is epicyclic where stopped element is ring gear. Authors propose using of strictly resilient (5 degrees in forward-backward direction) mount of ring gear instead of stiffening. Design study of installation between hub and gear ring that connects drum and crown gear, of the resilient metal plates pack was performed. This pack is kind of elastic coupling. Resilient packets of coupling sustain loads and smooth over peak dynamic loads and after elastic deformation of these packets rigid coupling between hub and coupling crown is provided at contact surfaces of skewed stops of hub and crown. To analyse efficiency of proposed method of dynamic loadings decreasing of powertrain elements three-dimensional model of powertrain was created in “Universal Mechanism”. In addition, solid model of caterpillar mover was created in the same software for analysis of influence on powertrain loadings of complex of kinematic and dynamic factors influencing forming of torque on driving sprockets. This article presents results of modelling of loading processes in powertrains elements with elastic coupling and without it during longitudinal motion at various speeds and in turns with various radii. Results show that elements dynamic loading at high loading dynamic modes in case of installed coupling is decreased by 20-30%.
This paper is devoted to describing of method of decreasing of vibration load level on tractor operator’s working place by means of using of vibrations dynamic dampers in cabin suspension (on other words – dynamic absorbers of dynamic vibroisolators). Standard cabin vibroisolators of tractors DT and VT series include monolith rubber block and have limited capabilities to change its elastic parameters adaptively during impact of vertical and lateral vibration loads with various frequencies. Elastic-damping properties of these vibroisolators does not allow to provide comfortable conditions for operator work because their abilities of vibration damping are not enough especially at low-frequency vibrations. Dynamic vibration dampers installed in cabin suspension were proposed by authors for decreasing of vibration load level on operator workplace. These dampers include additional masses connected to main mass due to elastic-damping elements. Several variants of dynamic vibroisolators schemes were proposed by authors. These schemes differ in quantity of additional masses (one, two or three) and type of connection between additional masses and main mass due elastic-damping elements (parallel or in series). Three-dimensional model of caterpillar chassis, suspension, engine, cabin and operator’s seat of tractor was created in software “Universal mechanism” for performing of computational research. On this model, researches of vibration of sprung mass were made for tractor motion with and without hook load at 3rd and 7th gears on smooth surface and on testing areas with single, periodic and random bumps. Research results indicate undoubtedly best vibroprotective properties of cabin’s suspensions with dynamic vibroisolators.
