The study investigates alternative banks in reference to Corporate Social Responsibility's case. Alternative banks are different from traditional ones, which are profit- and profitability- oriented, as well as their aim is to reach as greatest as possible benefits out of capital. Alternative banks, which are ethical and social, concern about Corporate Social Responsibility, influence on local development, communicate resources for micro projects funding and abide by uncommon rules. The purpose of this article is to demonstrate and access the open pension funds after more than two years of operation in the Polish Market. The author will presents the structure of investment portfolio and will also answer the questions as to thcther the existing investment system of the open pension fund has proved assicient and sufficiently effective and to what is the role of the institutions that aid the open pension fund activities.
The article represents the kelter of market of commercial papers in Poland, occurrent on him problems, main barriers and the conditioning of development. In spite of potential advantages was noted fall of interest this undertakings. In this study authoress wonders, if commercial papers as form habilitations replace on Polish market bank credits. Above mentioned hypothesis was verified negatively because it had turned out that still bank credit are method more often and on larger used scale than commercial papers.
The purpose of this paper is to present a code of ethics banks, in the broader context of ethical codes of companies. The research problem is to determine whether the websites of banks are positioned codes of ethics, what kind of stakeholders present in the ethical codes of banks, what content on the clients are located in the ethical codes of banks. The subjects of analysis are the contents of codes of ethics. The paper consists of three parts: the first explains the importance of codes of ethics in the second, the typology and the content codes, while in the latter part of the third-shown by the banking sector codes of ethics and codes of conduct found on the websites of banks
