Głównym celem prezentowanego referatu jest analiza stron internetowych biur turystycznych działających w Polsce. Na początku referatu scharakteryzowano różne rodzaje narzędzi handlu elektronicznego. Następnie ukazano specyfikę witryn biur turystycznych. Na tej podstawie przeprowadzono analizę porównawczą wybranych biur turystycznych i wyciągnięto wnioski wynikające z tego porównania.

The main goal of this paper is the analysis of www pages of travel agencies in Poland. In the beginning different e-commerce tools were characterized. Then, specific features of www pages were showed. On this basement comparison analysis of the selected web pages of travel agencies were realized and conclusions resulting from this analysis were made.

The main aim of the paper is to analyse the possibilities of using recruitment vortals on the job market in Poland. In the first part of the paper, the recruitment vortals in are characterised and categorised. Then the results of the surveys about portals are described and commented on from the point of view of the potential client and e-recruitment firm.

Zasadniczym celem niniejszego artykułu jest analiza możliwości użycia wortali rekrutacyjnych na rynku pracy w Polsce. W pierwszej części artykułu przedstawiono kategoryzację i charakterystykę wortali rekrutacyjnych. Następnie zaprezentowano badania dotyczące wortali w Polsce z punktu widzenia potencjalnego klienta oraz firm używających Internetu w procedurze rekrutacji.

Głównym celem niniejszego opracowania jest identyfikacja najlepszych pod względem jakości serwisów świadczących usługi bankowości elektronicznej w Polsce w 2015 r. z punktu widzenia klienta indywidualnego. Badania dokonano za pomocą metody punktowej oraz metody punktowej z preferencjami. Są to badania cykliczne, od 2008 r. prowadzone z zastosowaniem identycznych kryteriów oceny. Wyniki uzyskane w badaniach posłużyły do wyciągnięcia wniosków dotyczących pozycji i znaczenia poszczególnych banków na rynku finansowym. Po krótkim wprowadzeniu dokonano określenia założeń prowadzonego badania i metody badawczej. Następnie przeprowadzono wielostronne analizy i wyciągnięto wnioski w stosunku do cech charakterystycznych decydujących o ocenach klienckich serwisów internetowych w e-bankowości.

The main objective of this article is to identify the best e-banking websites in Poland in 2015 from the point of view of an individual customer. The research was conducted using the method of scoring and the scoring method with preference. The studies cyclically performed from 2008 using the same evaluation criteria. The results obtained in the research were used to draw conclusions about the position and the importance of individual banks on the financial market. After a brief introduction the assumptions of the study and a research method were created. Then multivariate analyzes and conclusions in relation to the characteristics of the critical customer assessments of e-banking websites were drawn.

Zasadniczym celem niniejszego artykułu jest analiza możliwości wykorzystania geograficznych systemów informatycznych (GIS) w turystyce. Badanie ograniczono do wybranej grupy użytkowników indywidualnych. W pracy przedstawiono charakterystykę użytkowników tych systemów oraz ich opinię na temat możliwości i zakresu używania GIS w wyjazdach indywidualnych, zbiorowych i służbowych. Przeprowadzono dyskusję otrzymanych rozwiązań oraz wyciągnięto wnioski z dotychczasowych badań.

The main goal of this article is to analyze the possibility to use geographical information systems (GIS) in the tourism. The study was confined to a selected group the individual users. There are detailed characteristics of users of those systems all together with their opinions on the possibility and extent of the use of GIS in individual trips, organized travels and business trips. A discussion on obtained solutions has been held and conclusions drawn from the current research.

The main objective of this article is to characterize the effects of participation in computer games in an e-players environment. In order to present the relevant data, the authors limited the study sample to a selected group of individual users. In the current paper the authors presented the commonalities of gamers, their approach towards participation in games from the point of view of the results achieved and the environment in which they play. They also held discussions concerning the obtained solutions and drew conclusions based on the present stage of research.

Aim/purpose – The main aim of this paper is to analyse and compare implementation of two methods of websites assessment: the conversion method and the scoring method. The secondary goal is to identify the best e-banking websites in Poland in 2017 from the point of view of an individual client. Design/methodology/approach – Based on the previous experiences in internet banking sphere authors take into account two methods – the most popular for this purpose – the scoring method and the author’s conversion method. Data for research are collected using original questionnaire, verified by a pilot study. To participate in the survey, those interested had to visit a special website containing a questionnaire. The research was carried out on over 700 people from the university environment in the end of 2017. Findings – The results obtained with both methods turned out to be similar. The study found that an economic criteria, a simplicity or an intuitiveness of navigating the website and a number of access channels are the most important factors for choosing the e-banking services by customers. Moreover, anti-crisis measures undertaken by bank (security of operations including) currently become of less importance to them. Research implications/limitations – The main implication for researchers is the proved possibility for using the conversion method, which combines the advantages of simplicity of the gathering data with the objectivity of such methods as, for example, AHP/ANP, or PROMETHEE, ELECTRE and its usefulness for the evaluation of the bank websites. The main restrictions were of two types. The first one concerned the selection of only those two methods for comparison in this study. The second limitation – was the selection of a research sample from the academic community only. Originality/value/contribution – The scope of this paper fills in the research gap that exists in the methods of website evaluation from the point of view of methods trying to solve this problem from a client’s point of view. The next research steps will go in the direction of comparison based on the same sample of the conversion method with other popular assessment methods to identify its advantages and disadvantages for the potential user. Furthermore, a research sample now requires extension beyond the academic community that the results of the study could be fully generalised.

The main aim of this article is to identify customers' opinions concerning the place, role and influence of electronic marketing tools on making purchases on the Internet. The authors have applied the division of e-marketing into its traditional and electronic forms, on desktop computers and mobile devices, which was significant due to diversified opinions of clients concerning its use. The studies have been carried out with the application of a CAWI method examining a convenient, randomly selected sample of clients who are active in the Internet. The studies were aimed at evaluating specific e-marketing media and techniques which, in the customers' view, influenced shopping on the Internet. In particular, the respondents commented on the advantages, disadvantages and benefits resulting from the application of e-marketing on mobile devices. The conclusions and recommendations from the study may contribute to better use of these factors in order to facilitate consumers' purchases, not only in the Internet.
