W pracy dokonano oceny ważności czynników strategicznych (celów i zadań strategicznych oraz scenariuszy rozwoju) a także wyboru scenariusza rozwoju dla gminy przy wykorzystaniu analitycznego procesu hierarchicznego. Analityczny Proces Hierarchiczny (AHP) jest jedną z metod matematycznych służącą do rozwiązywania wielokryterialnych problemów decyzyjnych. W metodzie tej problem decyzyjny przedstawiany jest w postaci hierarchicznego schematu decyzyjnego. Schemat ten konstruowany jest drogą rozkładu rozważanego problemu na elementy składowe decyzji: cel główny, cele podrzędne, zadania oraz scenariusze rozwoju. Na każdym poziome hierarchii dokonuje się porównań tych elementów parami i oszacowania wagi każdego elementu. Za najlepszy scenariusz uznaje się ten, dla którego waga ma największą wartość. Proponowana procedura została zilustrowana przykładem dotyczącym planowania zrównoważonego rozwoju dla gminy Tarnowo Podgórne w województwie wielkopolskim. Przeprowadzone badania wykazały, że najważniejszym celem podrzędnym dla gminy Sompolno, mającym wpływ na osiągnięcie celu głównego odnoszącego się do zapewnienia zrównoważonego rozwoju gminy, było wspieranie rozwoju gospodarczego. Drugim ważnym celem podrzędnym był rozwój infrastruktury technicznej. Mniejsze znaczenie miały cele dotyczące ochrony środowiska przyrodniczego oraz rozwoju usług społecznych. Wśród zadań za najważniejsze radni uznali tworzenie warunków do rozwoju funkcji pozarolniczych obszaru, rozbudowę sieci kanalizacyjnej, wyznaczenie terenów pod inwestycje i uzupełnienie planów przestrzennych oraz rozwój przechowalnictwa i przetwórstwa rolno-spożywczego. Natomiast za najmniej istotne w osiąganiu celu głównego radni uznali zadania związane z rozwojem usług społecznych. Najważniejszym scenariuszem według radnych gminy Sompolno okazał się scenariusz związany ze wspieraniem agrobiznesu. Dwa pozostałe scenariusze, wspierające działalność pozarolniczą oraz usługi, turystykę i agroturystykę miały podobną ważność. Zatem scenariusz dla gminy Sompolno powinien dotyczyć zrównoważonego i wielofunkcyjnego rozwoju.

The paper is a trial of application of analytical hierarchy process to evaluation of importance of strategic factors and choice of scenario of development in commune. The Analytic Hierarchic Process is one of the mathematics methods elaborated by Saaty and it can be used for solving of multi-criteria decision problems. Decisions problem is presented as a hierarchic tree, where on the top is a main goal, basic goals and attributes are on lower levels, while possible decisions (scenarios of development) are on the lowest level in the hierarchy. On respective levels, elements are pairwise compared by local experts. Next priorities of each element are estimated. The highest value of this one is considered as the best and suggested for using. The proposed procedure was employed to programming of sustainable development in commune Tarnowo Podgórne in wielkopolska province. Study showed that the most important secondary goal for commune Sompolno was support economic development. The development of technical infrastructure was second important secondary goal. The smaller meanings had the goals the relating protections of natural environment as well as the development of social services. Among activities for the most important the councillors recognise the creating of conditions to development of nonagricultural functions of area, extension of sewage net, delimitation the terrains under investments and the supplement of spatial plans as well as the development of storage and the food processing. However the for least essential in achieving main aim councillors recognise activities connected with development of social services. The most important scenario according to councillors of commune Sompolno was scenario connected from support agribusiness. Two other scenarios, supporting nonagricultural activity as well as service, tourism and agriturism they had similar validity. Therefore scenario for commune Sompolno should concern sustainable and the multi-functional development.

The aim of the study was the evaluation of twelve forms of winter squash (Cucurbita maxima Duch.): cultivars Amazonka, Ambar and Karowita, 8 inbred lines (1235, 1236, 1243, 1245, 1249, 1307, 1309, 1310) and 1 F1 hybrid (1311) for the content of free sugars and polysaccharides in their fruits. The entries were analyzed for dry matter, free sugars: fructose, glucose, mannose, saccharose; and polysaccharides: amylose, holocellulose, cellulose. Free sugars and amylose were analyzed by means of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and holocellulose and cellulose using the gravimetric method. The hemicellulose content was calculated as the difference between the amounts of holocellulose and cellulose. The dry matter content in the fruit ranged between 4.0% and 25.1% of fresh weight, while the total sugars in the fruit ranged between 2.29% and 8.58%. The amylose content was estimated at 0.19% to 1.36% of fresh weight. The content of cellulose in the fruit ranged between 0.29% and 4.10%, while that of hemicelluloses – from 0.18% to 7.33% of fresh weight. Line 1310 and Ambar were characterized by the highest content of dry matter, amylose, holocellulose, cellulose and hemicelluloses in the fruit. A high additive correlation was determined between dry matter content in the fruit and the respective figures for holocellulose (r = 0.9175), cellulose (r = 0.9234), hemicelluloses (r = 0.8876), amylose (r = 0.7198) and the total carbohydrates (r = 0.8902).
