The process or monitoring and developing the level of satisfaction of an enterprise's employees should be a permanent element of the personnel policy of each organization. Indeed, the proper management of human resources is a sequence of continuous improvement activities. To be able to carry out this process, first, areas requiring the implementation of changes need to be properly identified. The paper has presented survey results and conclusions regarding the level of employee satisfaction in a public administration institution.

Proces monitorowania i kształtowania poziomu satysfakcji pracowników przedsiębiorstwa powinien być trwałym elementem polityki personalnej każdej organizacji. Właściwe zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi jest bowiem ciągiem działań stałej poprawy i doskonalenia. Chcąc realizować ten proces trzeba w pierwszej kolejności właściwie określić obszary wymagające wprowadzenia zmian. W artykule zaprezentowany wyniki badań i wnioski dotyczące poziomu satysfakcji pracowników w jednostce administracji publicznej.

Metrics for measuring and analyzing the productivity of manufacturing facilities have been studied for several decades. Consequently, it is discovered that measurement is needed for identifying the problems in order to improve and increase productivity. To achieve this, it is necessary to establish appropriate metrics for measurement purposes. In an ideal situation a process would produce 100 % of the time at 100 % capacity with an output of 100 % good quality. The difference between the ideal situation and the actual is due to different kinds of losses.

W pracy przedstawiono wyniki procesu azotowania gazowego wybranych do badań elementów maszynowych. Przeprowadzono ocenę jakościową, powstającej w procesie warstwy wierzchniej, oraz dokonano analizy statystycznej mającej na celu powiązanie rodzaju stosowanego wsadu w procesie azotowania gazowego z odpowiadającymi mu czynnikami ekonomicznymi. W wyniku przeprowadzonych badań określono matematyczne zależności pomiędzy cechami charakteryzującymi stosowany podczas azotowania wsad, a kosztami procesu oraz zależności pomiędzy zużyciem energii elektrycznej a masą wsadu i zużyciem amoniaku.

This work presents results of gas nitriding process carried out on machine parts. The aim of the quality analysis and the statistic analysis, which were carried out on the top layer formed during the above mentioned process, was to find a correlation between the batch used and the corresponding economic aspects of the process. The test results show a mathematical relationship between nitriding parameters and the cost of the process. A relationship was also observed between the amounts of energy used, the weight of the batch and the amount of ammonia.

W artykule przedstawiono krótką charakterystykę produktów pszczelich oferowanych na rynku Polskim. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono preferencjom konsumentów dotyczącą produktów pszczelich. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań poruszono kwestie wpływu produktów pszczelich na zdrowie człowieka, a także zastosowanie ich w profilaktyce. Zaprezentowano także ocenę poszczególnych elementów mających wpływ na zakup miodu przez konsumentów. Otrzymane wyniki przeprowadzonych badań pozwoliły na stwierdzenie coraz większej świadomości konsumentów w zakresie zdrowej żywności.

This article presents the short specific of bee products offered on the market in Poland. Special attention was paid to consumer preferences regarding bee products. Based on the study was examined the impacts of bee products on human health and their application in prevention. It presented an assessment of the individual elements that affect the purchase of honey by consumers. The results of the studies conducted have allowed to state the growing consumer awareness of healthy food.
