Range of cooperation between the countries in the field of culture define bilateral international agreements. They contain a legal framework for cooperation objective. The article presents selected provisions relating to the institutional dimension of inter-state cooperation in the field of culture, in practical terms mainly in the field of cultural diplomacy, realized by modern diplomacy in its cultural function. One of the important instruments for the presentation of the intellectual, cultural and historical issue are Polish Institutes. An important aspect is also the co-operation at the level of NGOs (the practical aspect has not been presented in the pages of this article), or at the level of cities, districts and voivodeships.

Polish-Moldavian cooperation is multi-dimensional and recent extends very rapidly, as evidenced by the number of official bilateral visits. It isn’t limited to intergovernmental cooperation and focuses primarily on cooperation at the level of local governments and enterprises, mainly in the economic dimension. Besides economic cooperation, very important is political cooperation, which implemented on the basis of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Republic of Poland and the Republic of Moldova and Moldavian-Polish Forum for European Integration.

Польско-молдавские сотрудничество многомерно и в последнее время является достаточно интенсивным, о чем свидетельствует ряд официальных двусторонних визитов. Оно не ограничивается межправительственным сотрудничестве, а сосредоточено на сотрудничестве на уровне местных органов власти и предприятий, работающих, главным образом, вәкономической сфере. Кроме әкономического сотрудничества, большое значение имеет политическое сотрудничество, которое осуществляется в форме Парламентской Ассамблеи Республики Польша и Республики Молдова, а такжемолдавско-польского Форума по европейской интеграции.
