Artykuł obejmuje problematykę wpływu rozwiązań z zakresu logistyki miejskiej na rozwój regionów. Najwięcej uwagi poświęcono rozwiązaniom infrastrukturalnym, które z jednej strony służą miastom i ich mieszkańcom, jako najważniejszym beneficjentom, a z drugiej oddziałują także na pobudzanie rozwoju regionów. W artykule wykorzy-stano zarówno rozważania teoretyczne, jak i wskazano na możliwość praktycznego zaimplementowania działań i koncepcji.

Most attention will be devoted to infrastructure solutions, which both serve the cities and their inhabitants, as the main beneficiaries, on the other hand interact to stimulate the development of regions. The article uses both theoretical and practical points to the possibility of action and implement the concept.

Koncepcja zielonego łańcucha dostaw wkomponowuje się jednoznacznie w idee zrównoważonego rozwoju. Konstrukcja takiego łańcucha wymaga zastosowania, w ramach poszczególnych procesów, rozwiązań, które będą się charakteryzowały jak najmniejszym negatywnym wpływem na środowisko naturalne. Integracyjne podejście do procesów i systemowe rozpatrywanie łańcucha wymaga zwrócenia uwagi na procesy transportowe i ich organizację. Dlatego wydaje się słuszne podjęte założenie, że do oceny zielonego łańcucha dostaw należy wziąć pod uwagę wybrane metody, narzędzia i parametry oceny zrównoważonego transportu. Identyfikacja poszczególnych parametrów zrównoważonego transportu może być jednocześnie elementami oceny zielonego łańcucha dostaw. W rozważaniach podjęto się próby wskazania, czy parametry oceny (z różnych punktów widzenia i różnych kryteriów) zrównoważonego transportu stanowią element całościowej oceny zielonego łańcucha dostaw. Do najważniejszych celów opracowania należy zaliczyć prezentację metod i parametrów oceny zrównoważonego transportu oraz wskazanie, które z nich można wykorzystać do oceny zielonego łańcucha dostaw. Istotne jest również usystematyzowanie wiedzy na temat możliwości zaadaptowania parametrów zrównoważonego transportu na potrzeby modelu oceny zielonego łańcucha dostaw. Opracowanie stanowi podbudowę teoretyczną konstrukcji modelu oceny zielonego łańcucha dostaw.

The concept of green supply chain is uniquely linked with the concepts of sustainability. The design of such a chain requires, in the context of individual solutions, that the processes will be characterized as the least negative impact on the environment. Integrative approach to the examination of the processes and chain system requires attention to transport processes and their organization. Therefore, it seems reasonably assumed made that the evaluation of green supply chain must take into account the selected methods, tools and parameters for assessing sustainable transport. Identification of individual parameters of sustainable transport can be an element of the assessment of green supply chain. The considerations have been taken to try to indicate whether the parameters of evaluation (from different points of view and different criteria) sustainable transport is a part of the overall assessment of green supply chain. The key objectives include the presentation methods and parameters to assess sustainable transport and an indication of which of them can be used to evaluate the green supply chain. It is also important systematization of knowledge about how to adapt the parameters of sustainable transport for the assessment model of green supply chain. The paper has a theoretical approach to the design of evaluation model of green supply chain.

The environmental pressures and accompanying market trends require chain managers to reorient their approach to chain construction and management. New business models are gaining popularity, but interesting from a research point of view is whether organizations are aware of the greening of the environment in which pro-environmental aspects are implemented, or whether there is a difference between the assessment of supply chain performance depending on the extent of the environmental aspects being implemented. The results of the research indicate that there is a gap in both research and practical aspects. The difficulty is ignorance of how the chain can be assessed, in terms of its greening, often the awareness of the importance of problems is not used in relation to the environment. It is important to pursue further research in this area and implement solutions to economic practice, since only in this way will environmental aspects really change the supply chain.
