In this paper the Polish SpeechDat(E) database and some final remarks at the end of the project are presented. The project in which five large telephone speech databases have been collected for Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Russian and Slovak has been successfully finished after the independent valuation of the database. Main items of the database and technical conditions of recording are recalled. The quality valuation of recorded material is presented (clipping ratio, mean value of signal, signal to noise ratio).
