A filmologist Jan Bernard is distinguishing a camera shot (cadem), a shot edited by a cutting/clipping (edem) and a shot specified by its semantic function and a building boundary (semem). A method of handling the gadget (camera, film camera) decides upon a character of the resulting technical - iconic code. Camera shots (cadems) closely follow creative procedures related to photographic technique. Into this group belong films which consider photographic properties of camera shots determining for the method of creation of non-fiction films based on authenticity of the moment. Into this category are included films marked as found footage. There are singular cases of one- shot films in a staged production which prove this rule, for example the film by Alexander Sokurov 'Russian Ark'. The principle of photographicity of a camera shot is not possible to generalize and apply on the whole area of non- fiction creation. A specific film value is reached by shots only after having overcome a higher instance of organization. Shots are cut into the resulting shape of cut shots (edem) which are a specific material of a film 'language' on a higher level of organization. Edem changes traditional traits of cadem and leaves identity of a photography, because it is forcefully cut off from the machine and its direct functionary. The institute of an editor or clipper was originated alongside with film and a decisive revolution occured in the era of silent film. All three stages of shot (cadem, edem , semem) diffuse similarly like three kinds of iconic signs (icons, indexes, symbols) declared by Ch. S. Pierce. In digital worlds the problematization of the third type of shot is happening. The loss of 'ontological' reporter takes place, camera, editor as well as a horizon are disappearing. Shape similarities lose traditionally by senses recognizable form, and consciousness is confronted with a virtual world functioning by a real impression based on a numerical calculation of a computer.

AThe study deals with a technical perception of a device (a camera) in whose center is as an end product a technical picture and its analogical codes. We indicate them analogical in that sense, since they can develop an ancient experience of humanity with a mirror. A photography and film substitute properties of the mirror and establish a new relationship between 'mirror' as a supercode and its reporter. They create codes, which record the reporter in the status where 'here and now' (reality) the reporter 'was' (photographic and film picturing). We distinguish two-dimensional flat codes in case of photograph, and three-dimensional flat codes in case of film. We speak first of all about the flat configurations. The influence of techno - perception on our natural perception can be shown on the various manipulation forms, and on the arranging of pre-aparatus reality (for a camera or film camera) for the purpose of its shooting, since only in the status of a technical picture, the reality reaches an intentional meaning, or on the contrary, the omnipresence of technical pictures retroactively determines our behaviour in the natural reality.

The last film by the Slovak director Dusan Hanák named 'Paper Heads' (1995) represents a singular and particularly courageous penetration into the historical period marked by the communist totality in former Czechoslovakia. A multinational co-production project depicts the problem of freedom and restriction or compulsion, relation between a national a totalitarian regime. The film was produced for several years and Hanák concentrated on the emotional author's testimony constructed on the basis of an edited document. The final form of the documentary film is composed of declassified archive materials and produced parts, which are overlapping into the post-socialist presence. Hanák is working with the archive material using the principle of its transformation into author's testimony. He is focusing on an audiovisual counterpoint, on a contradicting effect of picture and sound. He is using the principles of a dialectic assembly, when two consequent pictures create a new independent picture. It originates mainly from the contrast between propagandistic archive material and authentic testimony of communist regime victims.

Od 2001 roku sukcesywnie wprowadzane są kluczowe zmiany w przepisach prawnych dotyczących ochrony środowiska, w tym gospodarowania odpadami. Podczas każdego procesu chemicznego czyszczenia czy trawienia urządzeń energetycznych powstają roztwory poprocesowe, które w świetle przepisów należy traktować jako odpady. W zależności od typu, stopnia rozbudowania procesu oraz wielkości obiektu powstają odpady o różnym stopniu uciążliwości, zarówno pod względem ilościowym, jak i jakościowym. Wraz z upływem czasu stopniowo wprowadzane są coraz bardziej rygorystyczne przepisy dotyczące gospodarki odpadami, wobec czego problem odpadów powstających w procesach chemicznego czyszczenia i trawienia stał się znaczący. Uznanie roztworów z procesu chemicznego czyszczenia lub trawienia za produkt uboczny powoduje utratę statusu odpadu. Upraszcza to w znaczący sposób postępowanie z takimi substancjami, gdyż ich ewidencjonowanie nie jest wtedy wymagane. Najlepszym pomysłem na zagospodarowanie i tym samym zmniejszenie ilości powstałych odpadów jest ich przekwalifikowanie na półprodukty, które z powodzeniem można wykorzystać do innych procesów technologicznych.

Beginning from the year 2001, key changes are successively introduced in legal regulations concerning environmental protection, including waste management. After every process of chemical cleaning or pickling of power equipment, we deal with post process chemical solutions which must be treated as wastes. Depending on the type, process complexity level and the size of an object, we receive wastes of various grades of both qualitative and quantitative noxiousness. More and more strict regulations concerning waste management are introduced, that is why the problem of wastes origination during the processes of chemical cleaning and pickling became so important. But if we consider the chemical solutions coming from the process of chemical cleaning and pickling to be by-products, they will automatically lose the status of a waste. It makes dealing with such substances significantly easier as their registering is no longer needed. The best idea of management and, at the same time, reduction of waste quantity is to re-qualify them as by-products, that in turn can be successfully used in some other technological processes.

The study occupies by analysis four documentary movies, which have been created in the last three years.'Other worlds' of Marko Skop, 'Angles cries' of Zuzana Piussi, 'The city of flying words' of Tina Diosi and 'Sightless loves' of Juraj Lehotsky are taking place for selection of production young Slovak authors, mostly graduated in Department of Documentaries of 'Vysoka skola muzickych umeni' (Academy of Performing Art) in Bratislava. The study analyzes four original authorial projects. Marko Skop devotes the problems of identification population from the East - Slovak region called Saris. Their identity follows in particular regional context and worldwide connections. He concretely pays attention to wholesale influence commercial TV production on destiny of six protagonists. The document criticizes superficial messages television production. 'Angels cries' of Zuzana Piussi set the target on point out of the position of homosexual minority on catholically Slovakia. The poetic document of Tina Diosi 'The city of flying words' is opening theme of meaning of writing poetry for creativeness. It is critical stand up to consume views. 'Sightless loves' of Juraj Lehotsky are showing the portraits of four blind protagonists. The movie aptly points out especially on handicaps relate with blindness of sighted.

The author deals with the technical aspects of a creation which make use of the technical possibilities of a picture transformation by a camera lens. He is stating that by entering these technical media, upheaval in the history of human communication and culture has been caused. It is perpetrated by a change of a communication policy, by an irruption of the new visual codes and media into the spheres of social life. New visual codes result in dehumanization of the society and in origin of a crowd due to their ability to spread the simply understandable ideas. A comparable shift of culture towards diachronically outliving the history was caused in the past by distributing of a written cultural code via Guttenberg's invention of the letterpress. The communication leaves a confidential and intimate sphere of the interior, represented by a language and utterance, and treads through the form of an effigy, an icon represented by the iconic codes of a vision built up on grasping the things, affairs and events via the sphere of the exterior iconic features of the things and the subjects, which - changed into a two-dimensional symbol-picture - produce a new, conditioned by culture, meaning. At the same time a traditional understanding of the notions such as memory, history, experience is changing, too.

Cutting trees in built-up areas is sometimes an disagreeable necessity. Generally, it should be avoided, although sometimes it is impossible. The authors deal with such situations in formal and legal terms: permits, fees, costs, etc. From a nature conservation viewpoint, planting a corresponding number of trees replacing cut ones is advantageous, and the text describes how to compute this figure. But old trees should not be replanted: it should be forbidden.

Wycinanie drzew na terenach zabudowanych to niekiedy przykra konieczność. Generalnie należytego unikać, chociaż nie zawsze jest to możliwe. Autorzy rozpatrują takie sytuacje pod względem formalnoprawnym: zezwoleń, opłat, kosztów itp. Z punktu widzenia ochrony przyrody bardzo korzystne jest sadzenie równoważnej liczby drzew w miejsce usuniętego - sposób obliczania tej liczby - w tekście. Natomiast starych drzew nie należy przesadzać. Powinno to być zabronione.

W artykule przedstawiono model eksploatacji złoża typu pokładowego systemem ścianowym z zawałem stropu, w którym oprócz składnika statycznego, tzn. wielkości opisujących parametry geometryczne i odkształceniowe, uwzględniono składnik dynamiczny opisujący zmiany funkcji przemieszczeń w czasie. Do obliczeń przyjęto model w formie belki wspornikowej o długości wspornika 10 m i wysokości 12 m. Trzeci wymiar miał wartość jednostkową. W równaniu konstytutywnym uwzględniono wpływ na krzywiznę osi belki zarówno momentu zginającego, jak i siły poprzecznej. Przyjęto w założeniach, że wyróżnik równania charakterystycznego będzie miał wartość ujemną, a krzywa obrazująca funkcję ugięcia będzie linią falistą. Do analizy przyjęto rozkłady funkcji ugięcia w czasie i z odległością od czoła frontu eksploatacyjnego.

In the article was described effect of the works concerning the direct roof strata deflection above the deposit mined by means of the long-wall system with roof destruction in the exploitation conditions of the black coal. A model of the roof has been defined as a brittle rock. The main constitute equations of the model includyt the faktor whith discrabing the dynamic process of mooving direct roof. In calculation long of the cantilever was 10 m, tall 12 m and the third dimension was 1 m.

Praca stanowi rozwinięcie pracy T. Ozoga poprzez wprowadzenie kontaktu dwuparametrowego typu Wieghardta. Wyprowadzono dla stropu wzory na obliczenie ugięć, kąta obrotu, naprężeń, sił przekrojowych: M(x) - momentu zginającego, Q(x) - siły tnącej. Ponadto wyznaczono dla wspornika energię sprężystą i jej rozkład na część odpowiadającą za zmianę objętości i część dotyczącą zmiany postaci. Wyznaczono również graniczną długość wspornika, przy której następuje jego zniszczenie.

This work is a development for T. Ozog's theory by introducing two-parameter Wieghardt's contact. The formulas for beam deflection, reaction of foundation, bending moments, shear forces and the elastic energy of the cantilever beam are derived and discussed. The failure limit of the cantilever span is also calculated.

Duże zainteresowanie rolników produkcją zbóż spowodowało, że ta grupa roślin stanowi obecnie około 75% w strukturze zasiewów. Tak duży udział roślin zbożowych wymusza ich uprawę po so¬bie. Następstwo takie powoduje wiele niekorzystnych skutków, których konsekwencją jest obniżka plonu rośliny uprawnej. Jedną z metod przeciwdziałania tym zmianom jest uprawa międzyplonu lub stosowanie preparatów chroniących rośliny przed chorobami oraz poprawiających właściwości gleby. Celem badań była ocena wpływu uprawy międzyplonu ścierniskowego z gorczycy białej oraz zastosowania w agrotechnice preparatów o charakterze proekologicznym (EM-Farming, UGmax) na zachwaszczenie pszenżyta ozimego uprawianego po sobie. Oceny zachwaszczenia dokonano w dwóch powtórzeniach na poletku w dwóch fazach rozwojowych pszenżyta: jesienią w początku krzewienia oraz w pełni kwitnienia. Uprawa pszenżyta ozimego w monokulturze zwiększyła istot¬nie zachwaszczenie łanu. Wprowadzenie do agrotechniki oprysku efektywnymi mikroorganizmami wpłynęło na zmniejszenie zachwaszczenia w fazie krzewienia pszenżyta.

The great interest of farmers in cereal production caused a considerable increase in the proportion of cereals in agricultural crops. Presently, cereals are estimated to account for nearly 75% of Polish crops. As a result, cereals are often grown using the continuous cropping system. The subsequent cultivation of cereals has led to reduced yields. To avoid detrimental side effects protective measu¬res are employed such as catch crops, disease control, or improvement of soil properties. The aim of the study was to assess the effect of stubble crop (white mustard) cultivation and the application of organic preparations (EM-Farming, UGmax) to combat weed infestation in winter triticale grown in the monoculture system. The assessment of weed infestation was conducted in two replications per plot at two developmental stages of the plants: in the autumn at the beginning of tilling and during the anthesis of triticale. The winter triticale monoculture experienced a signi¬ficant increase in weed infestation. Spraying with effective microorganisms decreased the weed infestation at the time of tilling the winter triticale.

W Instytucie Eksploatacji Pojazdów i Maszyn Politechniki Radomskiej znajduje się stanowisko bębnowe z bębnem o średnicy 0=2000 mm. Bęben z bieżnią zewnętrzną napędzany jest przez silnik elektryczny umożliwiający uzyskanie prędkości obwodowej bębna przekraczającej 200 km/h. Do chwili obecnej bęben nie był wykorzystywany. Postanowiono wyposażyć bęben w specjalną głowicę prowadzącą koło ogumione. Głowica umożliwia pomiary siły bocznej i momentu stabilizacyjnego dla różnych katów bocznego znoszenia badanego koła. Zapewnia ponadto możliwość realizacji różnych kątów pochylenia koła jak również różnych się promieniowych działających na badane koło. Projekt konstrukcyjny głowicy zostanie wykonany w ramach pracy dyplomowej. W prezentowanym artykule scharakteryzowano koncepcją oraz projekt konstrukcyjny głowicy pomiarowej uzupełniający istniejący bęben.

The paper presents a description of a test stand for the measuring of selected dynamic characteristics of truck tires. The basic stand parts are a drum with a diameter of 2m, and a hub for truck tires. The stand allows one to measure the side force and the aligning moment as a function of the wheel slip angle. The other parameters that can be changed in the tests are the load force on the wheel and the camber angle of the wheel.The stand design has been performed as a masters thesis in the Mechanical Engineering Faculty at the Radom Technical University

Badano zawartość 137Cs i 40K w glebach, użytkowanych w różny sposób, na terenie Parku Krajobrazowego Podlaski Przełom Bugu". Ustalono, że zawartość 137Cs zmieniała się w kolejności: nieużytki > gleby leśne > gleby rolne, a zawartość 40K według zależności: gleby orne >gleby leśne = nieużytki. W glebach leśnych największą zawartość 137Cs zmierzono w ściółce leśnej, w głąb przekroju glebowego zawartość ta zmniejszała się. Nie stwierdzono przenikania 137Cs do wód podziemnych. Zawartość 40K była podobna na różnych głębokościach poboru próbek gleb leśnych i nieużytków rolnych.

The contents of 137Cs and 40K radionuclides was studied in differently soils used in the area "Podlaski Przełom Bugu" Landscape Park. It was observed that the content of 137Cs changed in the following order wastelands > forest soils > arable soils, while the content of 40K in the following way: arable soils > forest soils = wastelands. The biggest content of 137Cs was measured in leaf litter, and, deeper in soils, it decreased. Penetration of 137Cs into groundwaters was not observed. The content of 40K was similar in all the samples of forest soils and wastelands taken from different depths.

Two three-year field experiments were conducted to study the possibility of limitation steam base diseases in winter triticale. In the first one winter triticale grew in two variants of crop sequence: crop rotation and monoculture. Winter triticale grew under conventional tillage system and standard seed dressing of Raxil 515 FS. In second experiment winter triticale grew in monoculture under reduced tillage. Two kinds of agricultural practices were used: ploughing down stubble crop and seed dressing of Galmano 201 FS. Varying methods of post-harvest and presowing soil tillage were appliew: 1) conventional or direct sowing; 2) conventional and reduced post-harvest tillage with the application of herbicide Roundup Max 680 SL; 3) conventional and reduced pre-sowing tillage with the application of herbicide Roundup Max 680 SL. A significant increase of stem base disease was found in monoculture. Seed dressing with Galamano 201 FS decreased indices of root and stem base infection of triticale. Ploughing down white mustard reduced infestation of triticale by stem base pathogens. Plants growing under the system with direct sowing, conventional post-harvest tillage, ploughing stubble crop and reduced pre-sowing tillage were significantly less infected than plants growing in conventional tillage.
