W artykule omówiona została problematyka metodyki zarządzania ryzykiem, która stanowi jeden z elementów zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem i mogłaby zostać zaimplementowana we wspomaganiu komputerowym systemu przedsiębiorstwa. Zaproponowano model zarządzania ryzykiem oraz strukturę planów zarządzania ryzykiem, a także założenia do "metody schodkowej", która może być wdrożona zarówno w przedsiębiorstwie, jak i instytucji publicznej.

In the article the issue of risk management methodology, which is the one of the element of company management and can be implemented to computer support of company system was presented. In the paper the risk management model and the structure of the risk management plans, as well the assumptions to the "step method", which can be implemented in company and also in public institution was proposed.

W artykule przedstawiono analizę przyczyn i skutków możliwych zagrożeń na stanowisku pracy kierowcy autobusu. W tym celu wykorzystano narzędzie zarządzania jakością, jakim jest diagram Ishikawy. Zdefiniowane zagrożenia i ich przyczyny dotyczyły konkretnych zadań, jakie występują na stanowisku pracy kierowcy autobusu w wybranym przedsiębiorstwie komunikacyjnym.

In the article an analysis of the causes and consequences of possible risks in the bus driver’s workplace was presented. For this aim a quality management tool was used, such as the Ishikawa' s diagram. Defined risks and their causes concerned to task, which occur at the workplace of the bus driver in the chosen enterprise.

W artykule przedstawiono zastosowanie metody jakościowej do oceny ryzyka zawodowego na stanowisku pracy kierowcy autobusu wybranego przedsiębiorstwa komunikacyjnego. W tym celu zidentyfikowano czynności pracy, które są wykonywane przez kierowcę w ciągu zmiany roboczej, a następnie przypisano im potencjalne zagrożenia. Dla par czynność - zagrożenie opracowano kryteria prawdopodobieństwa, ekspozycji oraz skutków, które odzwierciedlają rzeczywiste ryzyko zawodowe z uwzględnieniem różnic, takich jak długość i rodzaj trasy autobusu, liczba przystanków itp.

In the article the application of the indicator method for the assessment of the occupational risk at the bus driver workplace of the chosen communication enterprise was presented. For this objective the work tasks were identificated, which are performed by bus driver during the work shift, and next the potential risk was attributed. For couples tasks and risks the criteria of probability, exposure and effects, which show the real risk occupational including differences, such as length and type of bus route, number of stops, etc. were elaborated.

Provision of professional work is very often associated with the worker's exposure to the occurrence of various types of threats. Some of the most important include those related to physical overload. Excessive strain on the musculoskeletal system can lead to muscle, ligament and tendon injuries. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the workplace in terms of its ergonomics. This paper presents the assessment of the load of the worker's movement system using the REBA method, which takes into account the location of: head with neck, torso, lower limb, as well as hands with the wrist, forearm and arm.

The article presents the Job Safety Analysis for a Glass Production Line Operator's Workstation in the context of the Risk Management Process. The main tasks performed by the worker have been defined, and then risks associated with each activity and preventive actions have been identified. On this basis, for the Health & Safety risk analysis and assessment, criteria have been established, which take into account the actual exposure to risks and their probability and results.

The publication presents a risk map for a selected organization concerning external hazards, i.e. those whose source is not derived from the internal conditions of the functioning of the organization. To this end, a risk management process was carried out, consisting in the identification of hazards, their analysis, risk assessment, and risk response. The risk map shows a visual presentation of these hazards together with the defined risk level. This map is used to identify hazard zones within the examined organization, serving as a database also for all entities interested in the business activity of the organization, the entities neighboring the facility, or private persons. Furthermore, this tool is particularly useful for local government administration units for the purpose of proper crisis management within the administered area. The risk map is also used to identify internal risk areas in the organization.

Noise is one of the most common physical factors causing nuisance and harmful to worker health in the long term. The focus of the research was the measurement and analysis of the noise level at the screw injection moulding machine operation station intended for plastic elements’ manufacturing. The occupational risk evaluation was conducted based on the observed data. The results of the study allowed for the development of precautionary and preventive measures. Furthermore, the paper features identification of the work environment factors occurring in the studied manufacturing enterprise with division to dangerous, harmful, and bothersome.

The article presents the subject matter in scope of human resources management in an exemplary production enterprise. The company under study is a production enterprise that produces: juice, nectars, drinks and mineral waters. The characteristics, skills and activities that constitute model attitudes of the management were determined, as well as the ways of management that exist in the selected company were identified. The paper also presents the results of a questionnaire survey in which employees' opinions on specific managerial behaviors and their impact on work efficiency were presented. Additionally, the employees' expectations regarding managerial behaviors are described. The survey was completed by 40 employees of the company who voluntarily and anonymously agreed to participate in the study. They were people working in various departments of the company.

The focus of the paper is to identify risks in various areas of operation of a selected trade and production company. The risks primarily referred to threats that had direct or indirect impact on the functioning of the organisation, thence the causes of their occurrence and effects are determined. Identification of individual risks is made based on analyses of internal and external context of the enterprise. In this study, over thirty key risks were identified, in the operational and strategic area, which is related to the taking of immediate action. The final stage of the paper includes preparation of control mechanisms allowing for minimisation or elimination of the discovered risks.
