The socio - political, economic, and government changes, which have recently taken place in our country, have had a significant impact on the organization and administration of road traffic network management. A road construction forum is the most appropriate place where we can conduct the analysis of transport technology. A particularly interesting aspect is the process of transporting materials to the site. A detailed analysis of this process can determine how to build roads with the highest quality, aesthetic and performance at the lowest cost. The inspiration for this work was to show traffic management in road construction. This issue will be presented on the example of the Dutch construction which is characterized by a high level of technology in the modernization and reconstruction of roads, as well as producing high quality materials and design of various types of compound formulations.
