Nowadays, urban acoustic climate is defined mainly by road and motor transport. Due to the absence of ring roads in major city agglomerations in Poland, through traffic is directed chiefly through housing and administrative estates. The solutions put forth are based on computer simulations using the NMPB counting algorithm.
