The issue of values in the education of young people is always relevant in the pedagogical literature. The main purpose of this article is to show the hierarchy of values of young people aged 12-15. The problem of the meaning of values in the lives of young people will be presented on the basis of our own research conducted among students from the Myślenice district (Poland) and Nadvirna district of the Ivano-Frankivsk region (Ukraine).
Typical challenges facing teachers educating Ukrainian students affected by the Russian military aggression are identified in the article. The didactic tools and methods most often used by teachers to work with temporarily displaced children due to the war in Ukraine have been determined. The results of an empirical study are presented, teachers of various types of educational institutions (secondary schools, colleges, universities) who are located on the territories temporarily occupied by Russia, are in the status of temporarily displaced persons in Ukraine or abroad, were involved. The ways of preparing future teachers for educational activities with children who suffered war trauma are outlined. The issues of successful adaptation of schoolchildren to the new conditions of the educational environment, mastering methods and techniques for overcoming stress, techniques for providing psychological assistance, as well as the development of infomedia culture, critical thinking to combat misinformation, cyberbullying and cybergrooming are emphasized.
The article substantiates the relevance of the problem of implementation of interactive teaching methods in the process of future teacher’s distance (mixed) training in higher education institutions. The theoretical aspects of the outlined problem are covered through the analysis of the content of the main concepts: interactive technologies, dialogue, educational dialogue, distance education, etc. Considerable attention is paid to the presentation of the philosophical and didactic principles of future teacher training to use interactive technologies (in particular, the principles of humanism, anthropological perspective, nature conformity, educational feedback interaction, pedagogical optimism, scientific organisation of the educational dialogue, the communicative orientation of teaching, speech ethics, modelling problem situations in education. Some types of interactive learning are presented and recommended for working with students in teaching socio-humanitarian, natural science, and math disciplines. The necessity to develop future teachers’ communicative activity, critical thinking, and team interaction to conduct constructive dialogues, considering the realities of online and offline learning, is emphasised.
