Abstract: This article aims to identify the basic activities of the police to prepare command staff and officers in executive positions for the effective implementation of official tasks related to the conduct of police actions and operations, with particular emphasis on mass events, including sporting ones, such as football matches, and gatherings. Furthermore, in addition to indicating the catalogue and describing the training and in-service training system, this paper also presents a modern AI-based teaching tool used during the above courses – a simulator of crisis police operations.
