W referacie przedstawiono wykorzystanie modeli reologicznych do opisu deformacji nieustalonych, w szczególności do opisu zmian krzywizn terenu w zależności od prędkości i głębokości eksploatacji. Analizowano trzy modele: Kelvina, Zenera i dwuelementowy szeregowy model Kelvina. Zastosowanie tych modeli traktuje się w sposób fenomenologiczny, bez wnikania w strukturę zjawiska. Jest to kontynuacja prac Kwiatka nad zastosowaniem modeli reologicznych do prognozowania deformacji nieustalonych. Podane w referacie wzory na deformacje nieustalone zostały wyprowadzone przy założeniu do opisu obniżeń powierzchni krzywej wpływów Gaussa. Testowano je dla trzech przykładów eksploatacji, dla których prowadzono pomiary deformacji powierzchni.

The paper presents the use of rheological models to describe transient deformations, in particular for description of surface curvatures, as a function of the rate and depth of mining. Three models were analysed: Kelvin, Zener and two-element series Kelvin models. The applications of these models are treated in phenomenological way. This is the continuation of Kwiatek's work on applying the rheological models to forecast the transient deformations. The formulas for transient deformations given in the paper were derived on assumption of the Gauss curve in describing the surface of influence. They have been tested for three examples of the mining process, for which the measurements of surface deformations were carried out.

The article presents the results of a survey carried out on the need and scope of changes in questionnaires prepared by coal mines entitled Mining and Geological Opinions for the Arrangement of Development and Management Conditions in Mining Areas. Moreover, the article gives a synthetic presentation of the most important legal conditions and observations resulting from analyses of Mining and Geological Opinions…carried out by the mines.

W artykule opisano opracowany w Głównym Instytucie Górnictwa system prognozowania deformacji, o nazwie Szkody wer. 4.0. Jest to 32-bitowa wersja systemu, która umożliwia bardzo szybkie obliczanie deformacji, w systemie Windows. Bardzo użyteczne są również liczne programy narzędziowe umożliwiające między innymi graficzny podgląd obliczonych deformacji w obszarach siatek punktów obliczeniowych, wspomaganie projektowania harmonogramu wybierania, obliczanie zasobów, tworzenie plików pomocniczych do map i wykresów, itp. Przedstawiono przykład zastosowania tego systemu do prognozowania i analizy pomierzonych deformacji w czasie budowy autostrady A4, zwłaszcza na odcinku węzeł Wirek - węzeł Batorego

The paper presents a system created in the Main Institute of Mining. The system called Szkody ver. 4.0. is a 32-bit version of system allowing very quick calculation of deformations in Windows. Numerous tool programs allow, among others, graphical outlook of the calculated deformations in the areas of the grids of calculation points, assistance in making the timetable of mining, assessment of the amount of deposit, making auxiliary files for maps and graphs, etc. The examples of the application of this system as the support in the forecasting and the analysis of the measured deformations during the building of A4 motorway, especially the distance Wirek junction - Batory junction are given.
