Abstrakty
Establishing co-operation based on partnership relations belongs to the most significant determinants of success on mature markets. However, activities focused on building effective relations should not be addressed only to customers, but also to other market players operating in both micro and macro environment. This co-operation directly affects the stability of relations between a company and its customers.
