Mobbing Among People Entering the Labour Market

Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest określenie stopnia znajomości tego pojęcia oraz stopnia w jakim zjawisko mobbingu dotyka młode osoby stawiające swoje pierwsze kroki na rynku pracy. Zjawisko mobbingu nie tylko dotyka poszczególne osoby, ale ma również swoje głębokie, bardzo poważne, konsekwencje dla zarządzania w organizacji, jakości zarządzania i atmosfery w organizacji, co w konsekwencji przekłada się na działalność i wynik całej organizacji. Stąd wynika istotność zbadania tego problemu. Cele artykułu zostały osiągnięte poprzez wykorzystanie narzędzia badawczego jakim jest kwestionariusz ankiety. Wnioski ujęte w pracy mogą stanowić ważna wskazówkę dla praktyków zarządzania, dająca ogólny obraz problemu mobbingu wśród młodych osób, które wchodzą na rynek pracy. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The aim of the article is to define the degree of knowledge of the concept and the extent to which the phenomenon of mobbing affects young people taking their first steps on the labour market. The phenomenon of mobbing not only affects individuals, but also has profound, very serious, consequences for management in the organization, quality of management and atmosphere in the organization, which consequently translates into the performance of the whole organization. It follows that it is important to investigate this problem. The objectives of the article were achieved by using the survey questionnaire research tool. The proposals included in the work can provide an important guide for management practitioners, giving an overall picture of the problem of mobbing among young people entering the labour market.
