Fixed-route networks constitute a category of transport infrastructure systems. As a fixed-route transport system subgroup they present a combination of transport solutions related in terms of operating properties. Owing to property criteria systematization, an analysis of the fixed-route system regarded as a part of a fixed-route network category is of higher cognitive value than a separate, fragmentary examination of its particular representatives.(original abstract)
