Market Value Added (MVA®) is slowly being adopted as a longterm financial metric from a strategic approach. Figures provided by any kind of analysis cannot be ingenuous propositions but must be outputs of strong models considering circumstances and different environments. The challenger is to treat the different criteria that could be applied in the MVA® analysis in order to cope with the linkage between stockholders and managers. The analysis shows that some changes in the ranking profile may happen and it may be difficult to segregate the winners and losers in the value creator championship. (fragment of text)
