Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie problematyki wartości w świadczeniu opieki zdrowotnej, jej elementów i pomiaru. W artykule zaprezentowano również hierarchię pomiaru wyników całego cyklu opieki zdrowotnej oraz przykład łańcucha wartości dostarczonej opieki dla przypadku nowotworu piersi i ostrego zapalenia stawu kolanowego wymagającego wymiany. The goal of the article is to present how value provided in healthcare can be measured and what are its elements. The article also describes hierarchy of measuring the outcomes of the whole healthcare providing cycle. An example of the healthcare value chain has been presented in a breast cancer and primary acute knee arthritis requiring replacement case studies. (original abstract)
