Uzyskano incydentalne powiązania skarg i wyniku w MoCA. (abstrakt oryginalny)
Due to the frequency of cognitive complaints, intensive research are undertaken on their determinants and prognostic value. The main issue of the analysis is the connection between the complaints and the actual cognitive abilities. In reference to that context the study was conducted with the participation of 96 people from the general population. Basing on the result of the test MoCA 2 groups were distinguished: MoCA+ with a score of 27 points or more, and MoCA- to persons with a score of 26 and less. Then compared the intensity of cognitive complaints assessed by ProCog test. Persons who receive a lower score in the MoCA report more intensified cognitive complaints than those with a score of 27 points and above. The feature distinguishing the first group is a severe anxiety in accordance to the sense of cognitive deficits. Also analyzed the relationship between complaints and other variables and the result of MoCA test. The most important predictor proved to be the age which sometimes together with a burden and neurological illnesses experience determined the reduction in the general level of cognitive function. Obtained incidental connections between complaints and the result in MoCA test. (original abstract)
