W ostatnich latach system dopłat do składek w dodatkowych programach emerytalnych stał się przed-miotem zainteresowania wielu państw. Wprowadziły go przede wszystkim kraje wysoko rozwinięte, w tym Niemcy i Nowa Zelandia, choć zainteresowanie tą problematyką zauważalne jest również w innych regionach świata. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie rodzajów i zasad funkcjonowania dopłat do składek w dodatkowych systemach emerytalnych na przykładzie Niemiec i Nowej Zelandii wraz z określeniem ich znaczenia w upowszechnieniu dodatkowego oszczędzania na okres po zaprzestaniu aktywności zawodowej.(abstrakt oryginalny)
In recent years, numerous countries have been interested in the system of subsidies for premiums in additional pension schemes. It has been introduced mainly by well-developed countries, such as Germany and New Zealand, but it can be seen that other regions of the world are also interested in these issues. The aim of the article is to present the types and operation of subsidies in additional pension schemes as exemplified by Germany and New Zealand, and determine their importance in promoting additional savings for the period after retirement.(original abstract)
