This tensile system is known and in the work experience utilises so many years on the level shop manufacturing control, not only there. However there exist the examples use of Kanban, which are different of using than before. This article is about Kanbans, which are form a part of control processes manufacturing in the system ORAKISS in the firm Narex, Česká Lípa. The company make use of Kanban in the internal and external supplier relationships. Kanban distinguish in the optimisation of planning store inventories oneself which is effective for all manufacturing process. The project of all system is making individually for the requirements of the company Narex. The second part of the article is aimed at the problem of the scheduling production in the system planning manufacture - AROP. There are some examples of advantage of using Kanban in the Czech industry producer for example: · reduction of total inventories; · reduction of unfinished inventories, minimisation of waste; · simplification of manufacturing process; · higher quality of order; · satisfy customer; · reduction processes of production and transport inventories; · lower information costs which are quick and correct. Kanban presents the effective tool for manufacturing process and shows us the source of problems in the production. Kanban cycle stops by when in the production the problem is. After that is simply the problem take away.(original abstract)
