Abstrakty
Existing in Poland hunger for building give systematic demand for apartment locals for more than ten years .It has big importance for development perspectives of apartments building and betterment of conditions in this section. This situation is big chance for development and propagation of technologies that are not popular in Poland, to that is among others light skeleton building. This technology from some time in systematic way, better its position in polish building market. The most important virtues of them are among others: short time of investment realization, relatively low exploitation costs and frequently omitted and underestimated in building stage health regards of future inhabitants. Increasing from some years number of given to exploitation one family houses can influences in big grade for using of this building technique for betterment of apartment situation in Poland It can influence also for increasing efficiency of one family houses building and for its propagation(original abstract)
