Abstrakty

This article deals with one of the forms of monitoring the efficiency of processes. This form is based on the definition and classification of individual activities in the process with respect to their position and role in a value creation process. A basic indicator is an indicator of the process efficiency expressed by means of the above-mentioned partial activities. This work also shows a procedure for the calculation of process costs and the sequence of steps in using the proposed model. (original abstract)
