Monitoring and evaluation of the costs relating to quality is an important part of economic aspects of quality management. The costs relating to certification process are a specific category of such costs. It is important to know them in order to subsequently quantify the benefits, which the quality system certification should guarantee for the company on the market.(original abstract)
