Abstrakty

W artykule została omówiona definicja cyfryzacji, zaprezentowano również zarys problematyki transformacji cyfrowej w Polsce, a także historię informatyzacji administracji publicznej w kraju. Zaprezentowano nieefektywne projekty informatyczne, które przez błędy na etapie ich projektowania i wdrażania zakończyły się albo tylko częściową implementacją albo fiaskiem. W artykule omówiono podstawowe błędy popełniane przy projektowaniu i implementacji e-usług, a także rekomendacje autora, co do przyszłych działań, które powinny być podjęte w celu stworzenia nowoczesnej i skutecznej e-administracji. The article discusses the definition of digitization, also presents an outline of the problem of digital transformation in Poland, as well as the history of computerization of public administration in the country. The ineffective IT projects were presented, which, by mistake, at the stage of their design and implementation ended with only partial implementation or failure. The article discusses the basic mistakes made in design and implementation of the e-services, as well as the author's recommendations for future actions that should be taken to create a modern and effective e-government.
