Zjednoczona Europa musi być priorytetowym celem i podstawowym zadaniem dla wszystkich państw członkowskich UE w XXI wieku, a nie tylko dla Stanów Zjednoczonych Ameryki, ponieważ tylko w ten sposób można zarówno nie dopuścić do rozpoczęcia nowej zimnej wojny, a także ustanowić nowy porządek na świecie. This article presents the consequences of the changes that have taken place in the security environment on the European continent as the result of the direct and indirect involvement of the Russian Federation in the Ukraine crisis. The situation catalyzed the need to rethink and build new European security architecture within the global system. The article seeks to answer the following questions: With the respect to aforementioned situation - how should the future of the European state system look like? How the global superpower - United States intends and wants to provide security on a global scale in the future? (original abstract)
