(fragment tekstu)
The article presents the results of research carried out among 1365 employees representing 40 innovative Polish companies. The aim of the study was to find an answer for the question, if the perception of the organizational support, directed on employees development and on innovation, is related with job satisfaction and employees wellbeing. Based on the literature review, there were made two assumptions. According to the first, employees support in development results in greater job satisfaction and better well-being. Similarly, the perceived support for innovation results in greater job satisfaction and better well-being. The study results confirmed the existence of a statistically significant relationships between the perception of organizational support and job satisfaction and wellbeing of respondents representing different age groups. However in the group of younger respondents (under 30 years old) the job satisfaction is primarily affected by organizational actions directed towards their development, while in the group of older employee (50 years old or more) job satisfaction is primary influenced by perceived support for innovation.
