Abstrakty
Public funds are the funds available to and controlled by a government, local authorities and organisations belonging to the public sector. The need for financial accountability has arisen from the moment when the necessity to entrust the care of individual assets or business appeared. Public procurement is the provision of goods and services or ceding work performance by a state body, organisation, institution or other legal entities. A mandatory part of the public procurement is public procurement contract to be concluded as a freight contract between the customer and the supplier, and the subject of public procurement may be: goods, works and services.
