Abstrakty
Społeczna odpowiedzialność biznesu (CSR) jest elementem, którym interesuje się coraz większa liczba firm. Wiedza o CSR w Polsce nie jest jednak powszechna, a zarówno działania firm w tym obszarze, jak i aktywność społeczeństwa związana ze społeczną odpowiedzialnością biznesu, odbiegają od praktyki, jaką można spotkać w bardziej rozwiniętych krajach Europy czy świata. Ze strony biznesu nadal dostrzegane są przede wszystkim działania dużych firm z kapitałem zagranicznym. Konsumenci tymczasem nie uwzględniają zaangażowania społecznego firm podczas zakupów. Celem artykułu jest próba określenia wpływu zaangażowania społecznego jakie podejmuje Nivea Beiersdorf w Polsce na postrzeganie marki Nivea przez konsumentów. (abstrakt oryginalny)
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is an element, which is interested in the growing number of companies. Knowledge of CSR in Poland is not widespread, and both - the activities of companies in this area and the social activity associated with corporate social responsibility is different from the practice that can be found in more developed countries of Europe or on the world. On the business side, the actions of large companies with foreign capital are still being noticed. In the meantime, consumers do not take into account the social involvement of companies during their purchases. The article attempts to determine the impact of social commitment undertaken by Beiersdorf Nivea in Poland on Nivea's brand perception by consumers. (original abstract)
