W artykule przedstawiono najważniejsze zmiany wprowadzone do ustawy z dnia 13 czerwca 2003 r. o udzielaniu cudzoziemcom ochrony na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, dotyczące ochrony międzynarodowej (tj. nadania statusu uchodźcy i przyznanie ochrony uzupełniającej), z uwzględnieniem zobowiązań wynikających dla Polski z prawa międzynarodowego i aktów prawa unijnego w tym zakresie. (skrócony abstrakt oryginalny)

This paper highlighted the most important amendments to the act of 13th June 2003 on granting foreigners protection in the Republic of Poland, which concern the international protection, i.e. granting an alien the status of refugee and subsidiary protection status, including obligations arising for Poland from the international law, as well as law of the European Union in this respect. (short original abstract)
