Abstrakty

XI Zjazd Niemieckiej Partii Jedności (SED) otworzył w NRD nowy rozdział w procesie kształtowania rozwiniętego społeczeństwa socjalistycznego i realizacji strategii gospodarczej. W punkcie centralnym znajdują się fundamentalne, rewolucyjne zmiany w dziedzinie sił wytwórczych. Charakteryzują się one szerokim zastosowaniem nowoczesnych, przyszłościowych technologii oraz ich szybkim, efektywnym wykorzystaniem. W warunkach wszechstronnej intensyfikacji gospodarowania, gdy kluczową rolę odgrywają właśnie przyszłościowe technologie, niezbędna staje się analiza dialektyki pomiędzy siłami wytwórczymi i stosunkami produkcji, jak również analiza zjawisk, warunków działania i zastosowania praw ekonomicznych a także nowe teoretyczne rozważania o cykliczności procesu reprodukcji. Z tego wynikają wyzwania stawiane teorii i praktyce ekonomii politycznej oraz wszystkim dyscyplinom nauk ekonomicznych. Zmiany sił wytwórczych powiązane są i warunkują znaczące przemiany społeczne. Zgodnie ze swą dialektyką siły wytwórcze sprzężone są nierozdzielnie ze stosunkami produkcji. Zatem szczególna uwaga socjalistycznej strategii społecznej i zarządzania zwrócona jest w kierunku dalszego kształtowania i rozwoju socjalistycznych stosunków produkcji. (fragment tekstu)

The theory of organization and management must be developed taking into accout at least two factors. The first of these relates to increasingly widespread modern technology and especially that which concerns computerization of data processing. The technology must be incorporated into the theoretical concepts. The second factor focuses the process of scientific research on the organizational forms of economic units which are currently dominat ie large-scale socialist industrial production units. New research problems in turn demand an equally modern research approach. It may be a system of theoretical approach which not only facilitates the process of research but also allows a systematic shaping of the theory of organization and management. Owing to such an approach it is possible to understand the processes of integration which appear in the theoretical analysis. This qualitatively new theory of organization and management should also entail that practice is significantly closer to theory. Only close cooperation between theory and practice will contribute to the more efficient and sensible achievement of its objectives and the aims of the new economic strategy which is conducive to the general intensification of the process of widespread reproduction.
