Social exclusion circle getting it wider circles social, political and religious. What's more, the growing negative attitude to ethnic, religious, ethnic and sexual orientation variety requires a larger and more efficient labor in the actions taken to prevent social exclusion, especially from the organization of government, non-government or at the level of student and academic environments. This practice is not a phenomenon that arose over the last few years, but the result of the fatal errors of social policy conducted in the past. Commonly adopted in the European Union countries that conducting social policy should be considered as a natural consequence of certain assumptions so called, social solidarity, or help from the actors earning more than the national average, where the normal functioning of in capitalist society is difficult due to lack of funds for basic needs. Such an understanding of social policy is rooted in the Bible, which says that people should be help the weak. This raises the question, what is this help and how it should be understood. Often the aid is meant by giving free meals, coupons, or at monthly additional to finance for individuals or families with the income significantly deviating from the national average. As a result, social policy based on the schematic perception of the word 'help' only contributes to the growing exclusion of people affected. In this chapter will be addressed in a real preventing and combating various social exclusion in the European Union. Will also attempt to define key terms, they are 'help' and 'poverty' and to demonstrate the difference between 'poverty' and 'social exclusion'. (fragment of text)
